The petitioner seeks bail in Majorganj P.S. Case no. 149/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(A) of the Excise Act. The petitioner is alleged to carry country made liquor weighing 106 litres. The petitioner is in jail since 26.06.2015. He has already remained in jail for more than two months.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is a lady, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Majorganj P.S.
