2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 188 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 354(B), 354(C), 354(D) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per allegation, the petitioners along with other co-accused persons entered in the house of the informant. Coaccused persons assaulted and opened fire upon the informant due to which he sustained injury.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38865 of 2023(2) dt.31-07-2023 2/2 that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated due to panchayat election rivalry which is apparent from the FIR itself. He has also submitted that on similar footing co-accused Satish Kumar Singh has been granted anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 47746 of 2022.
5. Considering these facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Barh, District- Patna in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 188 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Sudha/- U T
