Petitioner has filed the present writ application for payment of terminal dues. The petitioner retired as Head Assistant on 31.7.2018.

Learned counsel submits that despite completing all the formalities, the petitioner has not been paid his post retiral dues as well.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad, Barh to finally decide the claim of the petitioner for payment of all the post retiral dues and ensure payment thereof within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, failing which the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11203 of 2019(2) dt.17-06-2020 2/2 petitioner shall be entitled to payment of 9% interest from the date of filing of the writ petition dated 16.5.2019 till the date of actual payment.
