2. Learned counsel for the State submits that Opposite party has passed a reasoned order dated 05.06.2025 contained in

Patna High Court MJC No.1818 of 2025(4) dt.16-01-2026 2/2 Memo No. 986 in compliance of the order passed by this Court and has directed the petitioners to upload the required data in the Gyandeep Portal along with the evidence of necessary approval granted to the school in question. Thereafter, the department will examine the data and the relevant documents and take necessary decision in this regard.

3. In view of the show cause filed by the opposite parties along with Annexure R/1 which is the order dated 05.06.2025 passed in compliance of order passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 12460, dated 30.01.2024, this Court is of the opinion that no contempt is made out at this stage and the petitioners, if so advised, may be directed to take necessary steps pursuant to the order.

4. Accordingly, the present contempt application stands disposed of.
