This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Town P.S. Case No. 631 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is the prosecution's case, as disclosed in the F.I.R., that the informant's father was killed in the year 2018 and a trial in respect of the said killing was going on before the Court below. It is alleged against the petitioners that they opened indiscriminate firing, targeting the informant, which missed the target and hit the informant's motorcycle. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34017 of 2020(3) dt.19-01-2021 2/2 petitioners has submitted that they are in custody since 28.06.2020. He has further submitted that in similar circumstance co-accused Amit Kumar has been allowed regular bail by this Court by an order dated 05.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 83626 of 2019.

Considering the submission that similarly circumstanced co-accused has been allowed regular bail by this Court, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Begusarai in Town P.S. Case No. 631 of 2019.
