The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 13 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased and there is direct allegation against him, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
