Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Allegation against this petitioner that he has caused fire arm injury to the informant, but learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant received simple injury and the petitioner is in jail custody since 22.6.2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties and also taking note of the fact that prior to the institution of the present case only one case i.e. Harnaut P.S. Case No. 188 of 2012, under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(A) of the Excise Act and 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act has been registered

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42393 of 2015 (2) dt.17-09-2015 against the petitioner, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 155 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif.
