The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Aurangabad (T) P.S. Case No.99 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 337, 323, 435, 436, 427, 307, 332, 333, 353, 153A, 295A, 379 and 122(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. rather his name surfaced, in course of investigation, in the supervision note of the supervising authority. Co-accused Raja alias Md. Naiyyer Alam alias Md. Nayer Alam has already been granted the privilege of pre-arrest bail by a Bench of this Court vide order

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38650 of 2019(3) dt.03-07-2019 2/2 dated 03.07.2018 passed in Criminal Misc. No.36018 of 2018. Further submission is that regarding the same occurrence, 7 cases including the present one were lodged and in all the cases, the petitioner has been made accused. In other cases, the petitioner is on anticipatory bail.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Aurangabad (T) P.S. Case No.99 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
