The petitioner seeks bail in Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 81/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have killed his wife within thirteen years of her marriage with the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within nine months from the date of receipt of this order.
