Petitioner is in jail custody since 22.5.2015 in a case registered under section 307 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Injury report of the injured has not been collected by the Investigating officer.

Moreover, there is accusation against the petitioner that she along with her husband gave Dabia blow causing head injury to the injured.

Taking note of the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as keeping in mind that the petitioner being a lady is languishing in jail custody since long, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,
