The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Excise Case No. 187 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Considering the fact that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner but the alleged recovery was made from the Bhusaghar of Chandan Pandey and Pathlu Miya, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned counsel below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
