The petitioners seek bail in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that while she was walking with her son 4-5 unknown criminals came and fired on her son and after firing the accused persons started fleeing away. The police chased Pankaj Singh and Pramod Yadav who disclosed the name of petitioners and others, namely, Kakku Kumar, Prem Bachhan, Mukesh Kumar @ Mukesh Sharma, Jitu Upadhaya @ Gogo and Ashok Yadav. Kakku Kumar has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18533 of 2013 and the case of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39089 of 2015 (2) dt.27-08-2015 2/2 petitioner stands on the same footing.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City in Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 98 of 2012 (G. R. case No. 792 of 2012).
