The claim of the petitioners with respect to the lands in question has been rejected by all the three statutory authorities including the learned Land Tribunal.

Though the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has argued the matter, but she has not been able to point out either any legal infirmity or procedural error in the order impugned.

In above view of the matter, this Court does not feel

Patna High Court CWJC No.6746 of 2016 (2) dt.29-11-2016 2/2 persuaded to interfere with the impugned order dated 24.07.2014 passed in B.L.T.Case No. 171 of 2014 by the learned Land Tribunal. The writ petition is devoid of merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.
