The petitioner seeks bail in Kasim Bazar P.S. Case no. 192/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364A, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The son of the informant went to Kanpur along with the petitioner for his livelihood in the year 2012 but the son of the informant did not return. On enquiry, the petitioner did not give any satisfactory reply as to whereabouts of the son of the informant.

It is submitted that the son of the informant had gone with the petitioner. He was working and sending money to his mother. After two years of the occurrence, the complaint case was lodged on the basis of which present FIR is lodged.

No.41040 of 2015 (2) dt.09-09-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sumit Kumar Singh, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Munger, in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 192/2014.
