The petitioners seek bail in Maner P.S. Case No. 399/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Both the petitioners Subedar Rai @ Sukhdar Rai and Ramjee Rai are named in the FIR but the informant did not make any sorts of allegation of either assault or of committing theft. Similarly situated co-accused Chand Gobind Rai has been enlarged on regular bail and Kameshwar Kumar has been granted anticipatory bail by the bench of this Hon'ble Court. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
