JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-09-2022 In compliance of the earlier order of this Court dated 23.08.2022, a supplementary counter affidavit has been filed by the District Magistrate, Purnea, wherein it has been stated that the entire encroachment in question has now been removed and the encroachers, in whose favour settlement was made, have been shifted to the original plot, which was actually settled in their favour.

The learned counsel for the petitioners is not in disagreement with the facts stated in the supplementary counter affidavit, hence, nothing survives for adjudication in the present case.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
