2. It is submitted by the learned senior counsel for the petitioners that the dispute between the petitioners and the private respondent has been amicably settled and the terms of settlement has been brought on record by filing I.A. No. 01 of 2024. Subsequently, as per the direction made by this Court vide order dated 28th March 2025, the parties have filed a joint
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1063 of 2024(4) dt.04-04-2025 2/2 application stating, inter alia, that during pendency of the instant writ petition, the parties, i.e., the petitioners and respondent no. 2 has amicably settled the dispute vide settlement agreement dated 07th June 2024 executed at Delhi and the terms of settlement is annexed with I.A. No. 1 of 2024.
3. The learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners as well as the private respondent submits the instant writ petition be disposed of in terms of the settlement.
4. I have perused the terms of the settlement and the terms, being lawfully executed between the parties without any coercion, threat or undue influence, the same is accepted.
5. The instant writ petition is accordingly disposed of in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties (Annexure 1/1 of I. A. No. 1 of 2024) along with the writ petition, the connected applications are also disposed of.
6. In view of such settlement, the impugned order be quashed.
