JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-10-2019 A report was called for from the trial Court and the same has been submitted by letter no.200 dated 11.09.2019, which reveals that all the 12 witnesses have already been examined and the statements of accused persons under Section 313 of the Cr.P.C. were recorded. It further appears that the matter is pending on behalf of defence although statement of defence witness nos.1 and 2 have also been recorded. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Sessions Trial No.587 of 2017 arising out of Ghoshwari P.S.Case No.81 of 2014 pending in the Court of Additional District & Sessions Judge Judge-IV, Barh, Patna.

However, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial preferably within six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
