The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 341, 323, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 8, 10 of POCSO Act.

The petitioner is alleged to have attempted to outrage the modesty of the daughter of the informant. It is submitted that the informant did not make any allegation of even touching of the victim. The petitioner is neighbour of the informant and he is in jail since 08.01.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39102 of 2015 (2) dt.27-08-2015 2/2 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, West Champaran, Bettiah in Sahodara P.S. Case No. 74 of 2014..
