The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant with Khanti on his head. The informant got grievous injury. It is submitted that there is a counter-version being Chousa P.S. Case No. 52/2015 and from the side of the petitioner, the petitioner and others got injuries.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ashok Kumar-II, Judicial
