2. This writ application has been preferred for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3397 of 2018(3) dt.19-09-2023 2/2 following relief:

(i) for issuance of any appropriate writ or writs, rule or direction, especially in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents authority to not given priority to those applicants who have passed the law examination (theory + practical) of total marks 2800-3000 in the selection process of Nyay Mitra in the different gram panchayat under the block and district of Khagaria;

(ii) for issuance of any appropriate writ or writs, rule or direction especially in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to given priority to the petitioners and others who have passed their law examination as per the old syllabus for which only 1800 total marks was fixed for theory paper only to pass the Law Examination and there was no provisions of practical examination and marks.

3. It seems that with the passage of time, the petitioner has lost interest in the case. Accordingly, the writ application stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
