Petitioner happens to be husband of the complainant and is languishing in jail custody since 07-07-2015 in a case registered under Sections-498A, 494, 323 of the Indian Penal Code. Furthermore, I find from perusal of the impugned order that petitioner made a proposal for reconciliation before the trial court but the complainant refused to lead her married life with the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs
