Perused the impugned order dated 26.08.2016 passed by the learned Sub Judge-III, Madhubani in Execution Case No. 01 of 2013 whereby the learned Sub Judge has only directed to register the petition dated 01.04.2014 as Miscellaneous Case. Therefore, this order passed by the learned Sub Judge is only a routine order and thereby, no right or interest of the parties has been decided.

Thus, I find no reason to interfere with the impugned order in exercise of supervisory jurisdiction. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Application is dismissed.
