The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 364 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner no. 1 is father-in-law of the victim and petitioner no. 2 is brother of petitioner no. 1. It is alleged that the petitioner and others took Dasai Mandal to Punjab for employment but Dasai Mandal did not return. It appears that there is no substantial material to show that Dasai Mandal went along with petitioner no. 1, who happens to be father-in-law, to Punjab. It is submitted that Dasai Mandal is working somewhere else in Punjab, but he did not inform his wife and his children as to his whereabouts.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40447 of 2015 (2) dt.03-09-2015 2/2 named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in Kishanpur P.S.
