The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of coaccused, but no looted article was recovered from the possession of the petitioner neither the test identification parade was held. The petitioner is in jail since 30.07.2014 and has already remained in jail for more than one year.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
