Petitioner is accused in connection with Musarigharari P.S. Case No. 83 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 354 and 504 of the I.P.C. and subsequently, section 302 of the I.P.C. was added.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is case and counter case between the parties for the alleged occurrence, as detailed in Annexure-2 to the bail application. Further submission is that on perusal of Annexure-3, it appears that final form has been submitted and the petitioner is in custody since

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of J.M., 1st Class-cum-Additional Munsif, Samastipur in connection with Musrigharari P.S. Case No. 83 of 2016.
