The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Excise Case No.350 of 2019 for allegedly having committed the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the alleged recoveries and the seizure list do not indicate the exact place of recovery and as such, there is a distinct cloud on the prosecution story.

In view of such facts and circumstances, let both the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or
