2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner prayed that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Civil Court of competent jurisdiction for a declaration with regard to her status and entitlement to death-cum-retiral benefits of late
Patna High Court CWJC No.1029 of 2017 (5) dt.12-02-2018 2 /2 Bernard Sixtus Toppo, who was working on the post of Manager (Terminal), Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Barauni Refinery, Begusarai in the State of Bihar.
3. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
4. It goes without saying that if any payments have been made by the respondents to anybody, the petitioner shall further be at liberty to claim the same, in accordance with law, before the appropriate forum.
