The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The dead body of Pappu Kumar was recovered and name of the petitioner came on mere suspicion only because the petitioner happens to be brother of Sidheshwar Yadav. Nagina the daughter of Sideshwar Yadav had love affairs with the deceased. From the order of the learned Additional Sessions Judge IV, itself it appears that save and except suspicion, there is tangible material.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39028 of 2015 (2) dt.31-08-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Bodhgaya P.S. Case No. 111 of 2015.
