2. Today, learned counsel for the respondent-State, on

Patna High Court CWJC No.12669 of 2019(7) dt.03-03-2025 2/2 instruction submitted that on 24.12.2021, confiscation proceedings has attained finality. It is also learnt that petitioner has not preferred appeal before the Appellate Authority under Section 92 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
