Petitioner has prayed for following relief:- "For issuance of appropriate writ, rule or direction for quashing Certificate case no.02 of 2019 2020 and case No.04 of 2019 2020 initiated by District Certificate Officer, Bhojpur against petitioner and vide letter no.152 dated 11.09.2019 issued u/s 7 of PDR Act and informed to

Patna High Court CWJC No.10599 of 2020 dt.29-11-2021 2/3 petitioner through District Certificate Officer, Madhubani without certificate u/s 7 of PDR Act.

And any other relief / reliefs that the petitioner may be found to be entitled to the facts and circumstances of the present case."

Shri Shailendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the respondents, states that the objection petition is already pending with the District Certificate Officer, Bhojpur, who may be directed to decide the same expeditiously.

Learned counsel for the petitioner concurs with such submissions.

As such, petition is disposed of, on mutually agreeable terms, with a direction to respondent no.4, namely, the District Certificate Officer, Bhojpur to consider and decide the objection petition expeditiously and preferably within a period of six weeks.

Petitioner undertakes to appear before the said Officer on 13.12.2021 at 10:30 a.m.

Petitioner undertakes to fully co-operate and not take any unnecessary adjournment.

Liberty reserved to the petitioner to take recourse to such other remedies as are otherwise available under law. The petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid
