This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 210 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 366, 346, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the entire family members including these petitioners, I am not inclined to grant them anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
