"Perused the order dated 09.06.2022, Annexure - A to the show cause. It is not a speaking order and there is no reference to the order dated 09.12.2020. Accordingly, respondent no. 3, i.e., Joint Secretary, Department of Agriculture, Government of Bihar is hereby directed to appear in person.

Patna High Court MJC No.1099 of 2022(4) dt.08-09-2022 2/2 Re-list this matter on 07.09.2022.

In the meanwhile, if the Joint Secretary modifies the order dated 09.12.2020 his personal appearance stands dispensed."

Today, learned counsel for the State filed show cause along with Annexure - B dated 02.09.2022 in passing speaking order. In the light of the aforesaid development, present petition stands dropped, reserving liberty to the petitioner to question the validity of the order dated 02.09.2022.
