The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 379, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was arrested, name of the petitioner figured in the case in the statement of Kundan Kumar who has already been enlarged on bail. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 189 of 2015.
