The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Ten persons are named in the FIR and the informant Lalbabu Ansari alleged that they all assaulted his father Kamruddin Ansari and his family members. There is counter version bearing Raxaul P.S. Case No. 144 of 2015. Only person from the side of the informant received grievous injury on account of fracture of right MCF bone. Other injured got superficial and simple injury. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38526 of 2015 (2) dt.04-09-2015 2/2 APP vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioners are accused in murder case.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari, East Champaran in Raxaul P.S. Case No. 145 of 2015.
