2. The instant application for regular bail has been renewed by the petitioner in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 302 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act which was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 29.02.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 68579 of 2023 with a liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that charge has been framed in this case on 30.4.2024 and the matter is fixed for adducing the evidence but the trial is not likely to be concluded in near future. Petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 2.8.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38771 of 2024(3) dt.02-07-2024 2/2 the prayer of Bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the period of custody of the petitioner, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Barh in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 117 of 2023.
