Petitioner happens to be parents-in-law of the deceased whose marriage had taken place in the year 2002 but later on, her husband became mentally derailed and thereafter, allegedly, she was subjected to cruelty by her in-laws including the petitioners. Admittedly, no one seen the actual killing of the deceased and it appears from perusal of the impugned order of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge that when witnesses rushed to the place of occurrence, they found deceased burning in bathroom of her house and after that she was taken out from the house.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also keeping in mind that having similar allegation some co-accused persons have

Case no. 39/2015.
