The petitioner seeks bail in Nawada Muffasil P.S. Case No. 49 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, on secret information a raid was conducted, three miscreants with one stolen motorcycle were apprehended on the spot who disclosed the name of this petitioner as one who purchased the stolen motorcycle. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of this petitioner. The only allegation against this petitioner is that he purchased the said motorcycle for consideration money of Rs. 12,000/- 14.02.2021. Petitioner is in custody since 14.02.2021 having clean antecedent. Chargesheet has already been submitted.

Case No. 49 of 2021.
