JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-12-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable initially under Section 394 and later on added under Sections 420, 120(B) and 411 of Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, two unknown miscreants looted the cash of the informant. Name of the petitioner has transpired during the course of investigation. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. During investigation no tangible evidence has been found against the petitioner to show his complacity in the aforesaid case.
