Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 92 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323/341/406/420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Seen the counter affidavit of the Superintendent of Police, Purnea.
Considering the fact that since the police has not been able to find the involvement of the present petitioner who was the Civil Inspector at the relevant point of time, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.
Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 92 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.

The petitioners pray for grant of anticipatory bail in Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 92 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323/341/406/420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioners have given false information about the death of their father and got the mutation done illegally. In the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. It is, accordingly, dismissed. Petitioners are directed to surrender within four weeks.
