The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 366(A), 295(A) and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant named 10 persons and alleged that they all kidnapped the victim, niece of the informant. The victim made her statement under section 164 of the Cr. P. C. after her recovery and she named only Shamshad, Irshad and Anjar. She further stated that other accused persons have covered their heads with clothes. The petitioner was apprehended but he was not put in T. I. parade.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
