2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 307/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, on 08.03.2023, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner and 2-3 unknown, having firearms in their hands, came on the main road of Bazar Samiti riding on motorcycles and made firing in the Bazar to create havoc and thereafter, fled away towards Dominiya Pool. The Police recovered eight empty cartridges from there and seizure list was prepared accordingly.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. Petitioner is in custody since 20.12.2025. In this case, charge has already been framed on

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the nature of period of custody and the fact that charge has already been framed, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - II, Danapur (Patna) in connection with Bihta P.S.
