The petitioner seeks bail in O.P. Madhopur (Barauli) P.S. Case no. 116/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant made allegation of kidnapping against Bhim Kumar Ram (the petitioner), Shiv Balak Ram and Sharda Devi. The victim was recovered and she alleged that Sharda Devi, Shiv Balak Ram and the petitioner took her to Thawe Temple for worship. She further alleged that Sharda Devi offered intoxicated 'Prasad'. She became senseless. She found herself in a room. She made allegation that Sharda Devi subjected her to torture and get her married with Bhim Kumar Ram. The victim did not make any allegation against the petitioner. The victim is a major girl aged about 19 years.

No.39502 of 2015 (2) dt.07-09-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Amit Kumary Pandey, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gopalganj, in connection with O.P. Madhopur (Barauli) P.S. Case No. 116/2015.
