2. This is an application for grant of bail on behalf of the petitioner in connection with Roshanganj (Banke Bazar) P.S.Case No. 310 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the IPC.

3. According to the FIR, the informant came to know that someone had murdered his father. It has further been alleged that 4-5 days prior to the occurrence, the petitioner had threatened to kill the deceased. On the basis of the confessional statement of the petitioner, a blood-stained axe was recovered.

4. Earlier, the bail application of the petitioner was refused vide Cr. Misc. No. 591 of 2024.
