Vide order dated 25.06.2024, it transpires to this Court that no one appeared on behalf of the both the parties and as a matter of last indulgence, this case was adjourned for one week with specific direction that if none appears on behalf of the petitioner on the next date fixed, appropriate order shall be passed. Today also, no one appears on behalf of both the parties.

3. In this background, it transpires to this Court that the petitioner is not interested to pursue this writ application and therefore, this Court has no option left, but to pass the order in this writ application.
