Sanjhauli, District-Rohtas in the name of petitioner's father late Ram Sewak Singh in view of the fact that he had donated 5 katha of land by way of gift deed dated 23.12.1964 executed in the name of His Excellency, the Governor of Bihar and also got constructed two rooms to run the Garura

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent authority for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
