2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed representation before respondent no. 5 (the Secretary, Bihar Public Service Commission, Bihar), on 21.08.2020 (Annexure-8 to this writ application), but till date no order has been passed by the respondent no. 5.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation

Patna High Court CWJC No.242 of 2021(5) dt.16-07-2024 2/2 before the respondent no. 5 along with all supporting documents within a period of two weeks and the respondent no. 5 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within eight weeks thereafter.

4. It is made clear that the respondent no. 5 shall be liable for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

5. With the aforesaid direction, the writ application stands disposed of.
