2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 339 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A)/34 of the IPC.
3. As per allegation, the petitioner enticed away the minor daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. The victim is 18 years of age, as per aadhar card. She herself stated her age as 20 years in her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. The petitioner is brother-in-law (devar) of elder sister of the alleged victim. She, as per her own sweet will,

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 339 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
