The petitioner seeks bail in Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 118/2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394, 395, 397, 412 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of coaccused and the petitioner is also said to have confessed his guilt. The petitioner is in jail since 29.08.2013. He has already remained in jail for two years.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38756 of 2015 (2) dt.27-08-2015 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 118/2013.
