JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 26-09-2019 The issue raised in the present writ petition is no more res integra. A co-ordinate Bench of this Court has occasion to consider the issue of termination and held out that the order has been passed without compliance of natural justice and on that basis quashed the order of termination dated 25.01.2018. Considering the fact that the termination order dated 25.1.2018 was quashed in the similar cases, the present writ petition is allowed. The order dated 25.1.2018, Annexure-9/1 is quashed.

The respondents are directed to reinstate the petitioner.
